  • Registration of clients and suppliers.
  • Attending the purchasing requirements of the Business Units by validating their requests with pre-established agreements and contracts.
  • Requesting quotes from suppliers.
  • Generating purchase orders and ensuring their validation.
  • Confirming shipment/receipt and ensuring fulfillment of purchase orders.
  • Complying with contracts and agreements.

Your personal data is not used for purposes other than those stated in this privacy notice, nor for secondary or ancillary purposes for which your express consent is required.

Who Do We Share Your Personal Information With and Why?

We inform you that your personal data WILL NOT be shared inside or outside the country with individuals, companies, organizations, or authorities other than ourselves for secondary transfer purposes, except as necessary for tax compliance with competent authorities or for administrative and judicial authorities in the exercise of their functions and powers, for which your consent is not required as this is provided for in the regulations as an exception. The right to Portability of your personal data is not available, as it is not technically feasible since the data is not processed by automated means in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable, and interoperable format.
